The following is a list of some of the activities that may be offered by the MOMS Club® of Acworth-East. Participation in activities, events and committees are optional. Members are always welcome and encouraged to share new ideas! 


Playgroups
Fun playgroups at fellow MOMS home for your kids with children of the same age range. 

Park Days
Meet up at local parks and let the kids play! 

 

MOMS Night Out
A monthly fun night out to dinner, movies, etc. (no provisions are made for children)

MOMS & Tots Lunch/Coffee
Meet at local restaurants for coffee or lunch. 

 

Event Days
Explore at a museum, zoo, or other seasonal festivals

Craft Days
Crafty fun for moms and kids. 

 

Picnics
Always a fun way to spend a day!

Pool Days 
During the summer enjoy playing with fellow water babies.

 

Mall Walks
Take a brisk stroll around the mall before all the stores open!

Guest Speakers
Interesting speakers and topics relevant to mothers and their families. 

 
Tours
Tour local fire stations, restaurants, Post Office etc.

Sunshine Committee
Make cards for our chapter to send to our members on their birthdays and at the holidays! 

 
MOMS Morning Out
Half the MOMS have a kids free morning while the other half watches the kids.
The next MMO the positions swap.

Helping Hands
Sign up to cook a meal for a mom who is ill or has just given birth.
 A great way to give and receive help when it's needed most! 

 

Holiday Parties
New Years, Valentines, St. Pattys Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas


Coupon Clippers
A coupon exchange get-together. Have fun and save a little money!
